If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the go! Through my struggle of becoming vegan I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way. Here are two easy tips on how to stay hydrated and full throughout the day.

1. Tea

Try hot tea instead of hot coffee. Coffee is filled with caffeine to keep you energized, while tea can be used to calm an upset stomach.

2. Fruit

All fruits are 80% filled with water.

Along with other health benefits, tea and fruit are easy ways to keep the body hydrated.
