spelt-flourDr. Sebi is a pathologist, herbalist, biochemist, and naturalist who has educated people about the African Bio-mineral Balance. He began creating natural vegetation cell food compounds geared for inter-cellular cleansing and the revitalization of all the cells that make up the human body.

This simply means curing the body of disease by cleansing it through herbs of natural vegetation and alkaline foods. This also means staying away from acid-based foods–for example starch!

Starch is a chemical–not a food–that derives from hybridization because when a food is not natural it produces a chemical(starch). When a food is natural, it has a ph of 7.0 or above.

Spelt is an ancient grain that carries less gluten than your modern wheat. Spelt is my FAVORITE non-starch and non-sugar flour to bake breads with.  You can make pancakes, flatbread, banana bread, buns, pasta noodles, and so much more!
